Objective

To ensure that all the strands of the project are managed coherently and that all the project outcomes are delivered within the agreed deadlines and budget.

The Project Manager will:-

produce a project plan based on the proposal

organise the project meetings (agendas, papers, minutes etc)

manage cross-strand technical and organisational dependencies

manage the budget

produce bi-annual progress reports and the final report

meet the reporting requirements of JISC and CURL

assist in the production of all key project documentation (including the toolkit) as and when necessary

develop the project web site

assist in the implementation of the dissemination and advocacy programme in collaboration with the partners
