Project Documentation

Ensuring good communications, establishing solid foundations on which to build, and creating a framework within which to properly manage and control are essential factors in promoting success in a multi-institutional, UK-wide project of this nature.

A standard project approach implemented throughout the project helps to ensure that these essential factors are in place. The EThOS project utilises the industry standard PRINCE2 methodology, which has been adopted as a "best practice" project approach throughout the public & private sector.

One way that PRINCE2 contributes to establishing good communications, foundations and a framework is through standardised documentation.

The following documentation has been made publicly available to provide further information on the EThOS project.
